All prices on this website are tax included.
Minimum ordering amount
There is no minimum ordering amount.
To order/way of sending
You can only order via this internet-site or by e-mail (for articles that are not on this website).
When we receive your order we will check whether the articles you ordered are in stock. If some articles are not in stock we will contact you by e-mail. You can choose whether you:
- want to replace these articles;
- want to cancel these articles or
- want us to wait for these articles to arrive before dispatching your order.
When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a summary of the articles to be delivered and the costs.
We will mail your order within 2 work-days after receiving your payment. Mailing is at the risk of the customer. Lost orders will not be compensated. The customer can choose for registered or insured mailing, but the extra costs are at the account of the customer.
Mailingcosts
The mailingcosts depend on the weight and the size of your package. You will pay the real mailingcosts, not a standard amount. That is why it is NOT possible to pay immediately while ordering.
For orders exceeding € 75,-- the mailingcosts will be reduced.
Please wait for my e-mail with the amount including mailingcosts (so NOT the automatically sent orderconfirmation!).

Cancel your order
For internet-transactions there is a legal "cooling down" period of 14 days. Within 14 days you can cancel or change your order without costs ONLY BY E-MAIL. Send your cancellation or change to info@de-stempelwinkel.nl .
Payment
Customers living outside The Netherlands but within the Euro-zone can pay in two ways:
- By transferring the due amount to the bankaccount of De Stempelwinkel in Eefde, stating your name and your ordernumber. DO NOT pay before you have received a personal e-mail that tells you if everything is in stock and how much mailingcosts you will have to pay!
- By Paypal, if you choose this option I will send you a request for payment. The costs charged by Paypal will be added to the amount you will have to pay (approx. 5% of the total amount incl. mailingcosts)
Of course orders that are collected at shows or in the shop can be paid cash or by debit card.
Returns
Articles can only be returned when they are damaged or when we sent the wrong articles. Please contact us by e-mail (info@de-stempelwinkel.nl ) before returning anything, to discuss the problem. You can only get a refund of the costs of returning after our permission!
In the case that a stamp is damaged and a photo shows the damage clearly in most cases the stamps does not need to be returned. You will receive a new stamp immediately.
The goods you want to return must be carefully packed and sent within 7 days. When we sent the wrong articles these articles have to reach us in perfect condition and in the original, closed packing.
As soon as we have received the return replacements will be maild and the mailingcosts will be transferred to the account indicated by the customer.
Privacy
Your personal information will be treated as stricktly confidential and will only be used for processing your order and, if you wish, sending our newsletter. We will NOT give your personal information to others.

Copyright
All stamps on this website are copyright protected. That means that you can use the stamps exclusively for making handstamped cards/artwork. The images may not be mechanically reproduced. Handstamped copies may not be sold or traded. Handstamped cards however may be sold.
